Small World
I have got to tell you--this blogging is amazing. You know, I have been reading other blogs for several months (like 6 months or so). I have found several people I know from past years and it has been fun to see what they have been up to. And then of course, my friends and family that have a blog that I can keep up with their lives so easily. Anyway, once I started my blog I noticed a friend of mine from when we lived in another city had a name of someone I knew from here on her blog list. Come to find out, they are related. What a small world! I would have never known that otherwise. What a great invention - this blogging. Thanks for the comments. It has been so fun to read them, so keep them coming.

I think the blogs are awesome too, I can't believe it took me so long to put one together! It makes the world a little smaller when you are able to see all your friends in one afternoon. :)

You should get a facebook account if you really want to get that blast from the past. It is amazing how many people have found me, and I only joined to keep in touch with my YW that are away at college now.
Melanie-i sent you an invite to my blog. Hope that you can get in now! It seems like since I am not your visiting teacher anymore, we haven't seen each other! Although we live less than a mile away, this blogging thing may be great for communication! How sad is that!

Hi Melanie! I agree I love this blogging world to be able to keep in touch. It's fun to see what you guys have been up to, even living in the same city, unfortunatley we don't see each other often. Thank goodness for blogs.
That's so neat that the men had the chance to meet those spiritual giants at general conference. I'm jealous!
Love hearing about your vacation! Glad you all had such fun. I still haven't become a blogger--I just can't stand to be at the computer for more than a few minutes. Maybe I'll finally get it together though. Thanks for sharing! Michelle
