I hope you all had a festive New Year's Eve. We had a good time that evening ushering in 2009. We were suppose to have friends over but they called and had to cancel due to sick kids. That was a bummer, but we went ahead with the party and had a blast. T had gone to a party, then a fireside and then the much anticipated dance so he was gone for the entire night. But we played games and then some more games and ate yummy calorie filled treats all night long. We watched the ball drop on Time Square, blew horns and popped poppers. K fell asleep 1/2 hour before midnight so she was a bit groggy as the clock struck midnight. T came in about 12:45 and M and I were still up watching TV. He had a great time as usual-he loves the social scene. He had gone ice skating earlier in the day with a friend and HER family, so he did make the comment that this was one of the best days ever. It wouldn't have anything to do with the HER, would it? Anyway, we all had a good time and we had an even greater time sleeping in the next morning. Can you say 10:30! OH YEA!
Looks like a fun family filled New Year's Eve! C did not want to go to the tri-stake dance...we asked he smirked...guess it does not change what state we are in...C is still C! ;)
