I have had this black "M" for probably about 5 or 6 years. I bought it at Archiver's when I saw it decorated up really cute. However, it has been hanging on my wall, just plain, for all that time. And in a bag downstairs was all the black and white things I purchased to decorate it with....ribbon, pattern paper, eyelets, rub ons.....all safe and sound. Why have I not done it?????
Believe it or not, I got enough inspiration from my living room being painted, that I made a point to sit down and actually do it. I really like the outcome, even though I can't remember what the sample one I saw looks like anymore. I am not so sure of the arrangement it is with....it may end up back alone on the same wall it has been hanging on in the family room for the past several years. But I am so happy that it is finally done and I can scratch one more thing off my TO DO list.
