We had a great time Saturday at the Denver Temple....T went through for his own endowment. I still can not believe that he is old enough to be doing that and leaving for a mission. I still see that cute little boy with the gorgeous eyes sitting in my lap. But how wonderful to see him sitting there, in the temple, next to his dad and I. It was a glimpse of what I had only imagined all those years ago when he was in Primary singing about going to the temple someday. That "someday" was Saturday and it was everything I pictured it to be. He looked so sharp in his white clothing and I just wanted to stare at him the whole time while we were in the temple. He just made me so proud.....he is quite the young man! How exciting to know that he can go with us from now on...he can go to sealings of cousins or friends, he can go to other endowments of people he knows.....he can have those blessings that hubby and I have had all these years. It will change his life and he will understand so much more and I am so excited for him. Looking forward to getting to go with him again before he leaves for his mission.

**going in with his dad in the morning......
**....coming out a changed man in the afternoon
So grateful to those friends who spent the morning away from their own families to be there to support T. He has some great adult friends that he holds close to his heart and he was so happy that most of them could come to the session with him. We wish more family could have made it, but we know they were with us in spirit. He was thrilled that his grandmother could come and that she gave him his grandfather's temple clothes. It was like he was there with us.
My hubby was mentioning to me while we were outside the temple that.....One down, three more to go! I remember when we said that about the kids getting baptized....one down, three more to go. Time sure does fly by.
I love my FOREVER FAMILY!
