Have any of you seen the movie "The Jerk" with Steve Martin? Not the best movie, but the one scene I find funny and have quoted it for years is......"The new phone book is here! The new phone book is here! I'm somebody now!" (then his name gets picked out of the book randomly by a killer, but ....) Anyway, it happened to be on TV the other night and I turned it on just before that scene.....so I thought of that line when my blog book was delivered the next day.
I worked on it for weeks in January and was waiting on some pictures from other people that I wanted to add to it. They took an awful long time to get those to me, but finally after much prodding, I got them and put them in my book. I love to get that accomplished each year....can breath a sigh of relief that some sort of journaling is getting done in my life.

It is larger than the first book....much, much larger....
I like to change up the fonts and things for each book to make them more individualized...
And I added my photo blog at the end of the book too. I decided I needed to start one of those blogs about a year after I got my new camera.....
I am so happy with the way it turned out. I love that the kids like to sit down and read through it quite often too. I know I am preserving our family memories.....(even though I am behind in my actual scrapbooks)
I had to laugh this morning when my hubby saw the book and said......"Hon, you're published!" I guess I am...that must mean that "I'M SOMEBODY NOW!"

Love the idea of a book. I haven't ever done it, and (as you know)...I've blogged for years! Love the front cover...good looking family!
